Russ, Dennis and Donna and families I was deeply saddened to hear of Marilyn's passing. I have fond memories of staying at your house as a child and being taking to the State Basketball Tournament back in the day. Know that she will continue to live on through all of you and be your guardian angel going forward. Please take care and hold your fond memories close to your hearts in the coming year.

I am so saddened by the loss of Marilyn we had many great times when I lived in Grand Mound, but I am jealous that she will get to see Lynn. I am unable to attend the services due to prior conflicts but will keep you all in my prayers and always in my heart. God Bless all of you

I am very sad to hear of Marilyn's passing. I just wanted you to know that she was so fun, and full of spunk. Marilyn taught me a lot about being the City Clerk for Grand Mound, and I was very honored to have her train and help me, while she prepared for retirement. She loved talking about her grand kids, family, and retirement plans. I know she must have truly enjoyed herself these last few years. I hope you all take comfort in how much love and pride she had for her family and spoke highly of you often in our short time together.

I was so shocked to hear of Marilyn's passing. We had not talked since she retired as city clerk of Grand Mound. She was always so much fun to be around and so full of life. She loved her family dearly and talked of her beautiful grandkids all the time. She will be missed. My deepest sympathy to the entire family.

Sorry to read of Marilyn's passing, my sympathy to Marilyn's family. Marilyn and I went to school from kindergarten through 12th grade together, attended the same church, and her mother Elanor was my brownie leader. Marilyn and I often walked home together from the old jr. high school, stopping at Cox's Drugstore to "belly up" to the soda fountain for a cherry coke. Those were the good old days! I have many fond memories of Marilyn and know she will be missed.

So saddened to read about Marilyn's passing. She and I were great friends in high school, but sadly, as happens too often, we lost touch through the years.
