Aunt Jean was my Godmother and her photos perfectly match my memory! What a beautiful woman with a warm, loving heart! Really enjoyed seeing all the photos of the Burke family generations and my Dads siblings......and also all of the places I remember in the lovely DeWitt town. With deep appreciation and condolences to the Burke family.....

We are so sorry to hear about your mom. I didn't really know her, but I'm sure she was a wonderful woman, if she was anything like her children. We always enjoyed when Mary Anne spent time at our home when we were growing up.

I am so sorry about the loss of your mom. One of the last times I visited Iowa she was strong and doing water exercises with Mom and me. I know you are very proud of her - she was always busy, thinking of others, and fun to be with. You have my sympathy!

Jean was a wonderful friend who I met in the 1970's when she and George were involved in county politics. She was welcoming and always made me feel part of the family. I will keep her and her family in my prayers.
