Marvin and Family, So very sorry for your loss. Mother was in the hospital the first of the year, then my husband Terry was there from Valentine's Day until he passed away on last Wednesday. Our thoughts and prayers have been with you. May your loving memories sustain you at this time. Blessings from Rocky Top Farm in Maquoketa.

So very sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. Sorry we couldn't make it to visitation - we've both been fighting horrible colds. I so wanted to come to see Ruth, although I don't know if she would remember me. Ruth, if you read this, this is Barb Dies' little sister. Remember how I used to bug you when you came to our house on the hill? Sorry I missed you, and again, so very sorry for your family's loss.

So sorry, Jan. You will remember her every day. Just little things you see and do will remind you of her.

Marv, Alice and Tammy, we are so sorry to hear of your Mother's and Grandmother's passing away, I know she meant so much to you, and it is such a void in your life when "Mother" is gone. Our sympathy to all of your family.

She and my mother, Esther Rickertsen, enjoyed visiting a lot over the years. Years ago they lived on a farm next to Will and Malinda Gerds. So as a child I used to visit with her children when I came to visit my Grandpa and Grandma. (Will & Malinda)
I, too, enjoyed her pleasing personalty. My mother and Lucille can now get together in heaven. (:-)

I am so sorry to hear of Lucille's passing. She was a wonderful woman and I enjoyed doing her hair when she lived in Maquoketa. We had many common interests and she was a very nice lady. May she rest in peace.
