Dear Joyce,
News travels slowly to this part of the world, but brother David did give me a call to tell me of Larry's passing. I am sorry to hear of it, but hope things are well with you and the rest of the family. I was interested to see that Larry was born in Savannah. Before we moved to DeWitt in 1945 when I started kindergarten my dad traveled on construction jobs. We lived in 13 towns from the time I was born until I was 5 years old. Savannah was one of those towns, but of course I don't remember much about it (sort of like what I had for lunch yesterday). Despite the unhappy news I look forward to seeing you and the small group of 1958 graduates still hanging on.
Best wishes, Richard

So sorry to you, Joyce, and your family. I always thought of Larry as a real gentleman, much like I remember his father, Ray, who used to come to our feed store when I was a kid. The Class of '57 has lost a great classmate.

Judy and I send our condolences to Joyce and family. Larry was a classmate of mine at DeWitt, and I recall that he was always respected and held in high esteem.
