I was so shocked to hear of Dave's passing. I have not seen him in years but always enjoyed talking with Dave. I got to know Dave when I was the city clerk in Delmar. He was so much fun to talk with and our conversations were always upbeat and so much fun. Rest in peace Dave. You will be missed!
