Pamela Ann (Thorpe) Evans

Pamela Ann (Thorpe) Evans, 56, of Dewitt Iowa, passed away July 13, 2025, at her home.

Pam was born on October 7, 1968, in Davenport, Iowa to Jon and Carol Thorpe. Pam grew up in Pleasant Valley, Iowa and graduated from Pleasant Valley High School in 1986. Pam was previously married to Evan Evans, and had their daughter Morgan, who was her pride and joy.

Pam worked for North Scott School District in childcare. Pam was known for her sense of humor and big kind heart, she was fiercely loyal and never quick to judge, she was the kind of friend that people want to be. She was crazy and loved unconditionally. If you knew her, you knew love. Pam was always the life of the party, her laugh was contagious, and people were just drawn to her.

Pam was preceded in death by her devoted parents, Jon and Carol, who I’m sure had an iced cold beverage waiting for her, and survived by her daughter, Morgan Evans.

There will be a Celebration of Life to honor our beautiful Momma Pam on Sunday July 27, 2025, at 3:00pm at Lady Di’s, in Park View, Iowa.

There is a go fund me to help Morgan in this difficult time to lay her loving mother to rest, even  just a share is very appreciated.

Our Pam will be deeply missed by the many that were blessed to meet her.
