Margaret Ida Cerach

Margaret “Marge” Cerach, 92, of DeWitt, Iowa, passed away Friday, August 11, 2023, in DeWitt.

Margaret Ida Cerach was born June 17, 1931, to Harry and Ada (DeVoe) Lykes in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. She retired from the Rock Island Arsenal and worked at Barnes Foodland in DeWitt.

She is survived by her daughters, Peg (Mark) Pauly, Lisa (Kevin) Voss, and Lori Cerach; grandchildren, Samantha Pauly, and Regina Pauly, Heather Zilch, and Amber Voss, and Victoria Cerach; a great-grandson, Alan Zilch; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her childrens’ father, Walter Cerach, her parents, step-father, John Kopystecky, brothers, Harry, Melvin, and Royal Lykes

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until the service time of 5:00 p.m. Monday, August 21, 2023, at Schultz Funeral Homes, DeWitt.
