Edwin Allan Hass

Edwin Hass, 63, of DeWitt, passed away Saturday, March 11, 2023, following a brief illness.

Ed was born June 11, 1959, to Harlan and Ruby (Buxton) Hass in Morrison, Illinois. He graduated from DeWitt Community High School. Ed worked at International Paper for several years and was currently employed at Economy Coating in Camanche.

Surviving are his son, Curt; a grandson; sisters, Brenda Reistroffer and Laura (Matt) Rose, both of Clinton; other extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Darwin.

Ed will be laid to rest with his family at Elvira Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
