Craig Allan Crowley, 66, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at home.
Craig was born December 20, 1953, in DeWitt, Iowa to John “Jack” and Mary “Audrey” (Floerchinger) Crowley. After graduating from Galena (IL) High School he served in the U.S. Army, stationed in Elangen, Germany with the 2nd Bn. 81st Armor. Upon his return, he worked for the Chicago Northwestern Railroad as a signalman, until his retirement. He later married Sandy Boyd on October 26, 2013, who had a son Joshua Molitor.
In his younger years, Craig enjoyed skiing and became an avid golfer. He was quick with his humor and loved being around friends and family. Craig was always fascinated with trains, enjoyed classic rock, and always enjoyed the opportunity to attend a rock concert with his friends.
