Obituary
Brent LaMaack, 56, of Wheatland, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at home.
Brent was born September 6, 1966, to Kenneth and Ida (Ireland) LaMaack in Big Rock, Iowa. Brent was married to Kelly (Reuter), with whom he had two children, Hunter and Maggie. They later divorced. He drove truck for many years, most recently for Big Gain Feed Store in DeWitt.
He is survived by his children, Hunter and Maggie, both of Calamus; siblings, Diane, Carol, Shirley, and Dennis; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Dwayne, Phyllis, Wendy, Garrett, and Gary, and his step-mother, Junith LaMaack.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Saturday, September 24, 2022, at Schultz Funeral Home in DeWitt. Casual attire is welcome.
Memorials may be made to the family for dedication at a later date.
