Angiela Martino, 76, of DeWitt, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2022, in her home.
Angiela was born January 23, 1946, in Lexington, Kentucky, to Preston and Offie (Rader) Powell. She was raised in Chicago and moved to the DeWitt area in 1994. Angie was married to Dennis Hanlon, they later divorced. She was a natural and beloved caregiver to many people and dogs.
Surviving are her daughters, Mary Dunn of Washington, Michele (Anthony) Stefaniak of Illinois; grandchildren, Michael, Andrea, Daniel, Johnathan, Maranda, and Anthony “AJ”; great-grandchildren, Leonidas, Olympias, Arianna, and Amethyst.
She joins in heaven her son, Michael, a brother, Chuck, and her parents.
No services will be held. Those wishing to honor her are encouraged to cook a meal or bake something for someone in need, hold hands and skip with your kid, and/or hug your dog in her memory.
