Virginia Lee Richards

Virginia Lee Richards, 82 of DeWitt, Iowa, died Tuesday morning, October 10, 2017, at Westwing Place, DeWitt.

She was born July 7, 1935, to the late Ray and Amanda (Johnson) Richards.  Virginia has resided in the DeWitt area for over 25 years.

Surviving are a daughter, Debbie (Sean) Squier of Evans, Colorado; 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; family with whom Virginia had resided with over the years; nieces, Joan (Richard) Hadaway of Stanhope; Charlene “Pete” Worrick of Webster City; a great-nephew, Frank (Deb) Worrick and a great-niece, Tressa Cheel both of DeWitt.

Preceding Virginia in death were brothers and sisters as well as a nephew and niece, Robert and Susan Worrick with whom Virginia also made her home.

Visitation will be from 9:30 until 10:15 a.m. Saturday, October 14, 2017, at Schultz Funeral Home, DeWitt with a service at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
