I' m going to miss his smile, and Loving sense of humor . I feel cheated because we had just re-connected after losing touch for many years. I am so thankful I was able to see him and visit in the last several months , such a good friend for over 40 years . Until we meet again .

To the Heilig family - We are so sorry to hear about Rodney's passing. Aileen drew his blood many times in DeWitt and has fond memories of Rodney and his sense of humor. Several years ago, he was driving his motor home up to the Schmidt"s and happened to come across us riding horses on the gravel road. Stopped to talk and we had a nice chat. A nice man and he will be missed.
