Penny Soto

Penny Soto, 63, of DeWitt, Iowa, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, September 11, 2019, at Genesis Medical Center-East Campus in Davenport.

Penny was born January 12, 1956. She married Rafael Soto May 11, 1997, in Clinton, Iowa. The couple lived in DeWitt where she was a homemaker.

Penny was a very loving person and had a heart to care for everyone in need. She was like an aunt to many and would do anything for the people she loved. Penny was a very strong woman and was like a rock for those close to her.

In addition to her loving husband, those left to honor her memory include Brandon, Alyssa, and Joyce as well as many other beloved family members and friends.

Memorial Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the service time of 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 15, 2019, at Schultz Funeral Home, DeWitt.
