Peggy Ann Kane, 72, of Long Grove, Iowa, passed away Friday, October 4, 2019, at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf.

She was born June 10, 1947, in Muscatine, Iowa, to Howard and Darlene (Morris) Bock. On April 29, 1966, Peggy married Jim Kane at St. Ann Catholic Church, Long Grove. The couple resided at rural Long Grove where they raised their family. Peggy loved and cherished time she spent with her family. She was a great lover of horses.

Surviving are her husband of 53 years, Jim; daughters, Kathy (Virgil) Adam of Delmar and Michelle (Leon) Kiggins of DeWitt; grandchildren, Krystle (Tommy) Dearth, Kory Adam, Theresa Kiggins and James Kiggins; a great-grandson, Kayden Dearth; a sister, Irene Schultz; nieces and nephews.

Preceding Peggy in death were her parents, a brother, Terry and a sister, Linda.

A private family service will be held.
