Joel was a dearly-loved cousin. We missed seeing him in recent years, but on those special occasions and celebrations when we did, it was always a joy to be together with him and Maxine. I have very fond memories of visiting the Hinck family in DeWitt when we made the trips from California in 1952 and 1955. I think I may have had a crush on my handsome older cousin.
