Arlene A. Rosseter, 89, of Clinton Iowa, passed away Friday evening, July 27th, 2018, at the Alverno in Clinton with her loving son by her side.
Arlene was born March 21, 1929, in DeWitt, Iowa, to Clarence and Louise (Meyer) Wynkoop. She was educated in DeWitt Schools and later attended Clinton Community College. Arlene was employed by the Veterans Administration, Tom’s Pastry Shop, and retired from A.C. Nielsen.
Arlene liked dogs, cats, and enjoyed watching the wild birds that came to her birdbath to drink. She also liked flowers and stage plays.
Survivors include one son, David Rosseter of Clinton, Iowa, one step son, Jerry Rosseter of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, one step daughter, Lucinda Vandermyde of Clinton, and one goddaughter, Deb Drury.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be from 9:00 until 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at Schultz Funeral Home, DeWitt, Iowa, with a funeral service following at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, DeWitt.
