For many years, the Kelly, Hanrahan, and McGinnis families provided dedicated service to the families of DeWitt, Grand Mound, Calamus, Long Grove, Charlotte and Low Moor.

Doug and Pat Schultz purchased the former Kelly Funeral Home in Grand Mound in 1975, and the former McGinnis Funeral Home in DeWitt in 1981.

In 2022 they sold the funeral homes to Jeannette and JJ Erickson, who have worked with them since 2010. The couple are happy to know that the funeral homes are in good hands so they can enjoy their retirement.

Jeannette and JJ Erickson have been with Schultz Funeral Homes for over a decade. Both are licensed Funeral Directors, Embalmers, and Restorative professionals.

The husband-and-wife team are proud to carry on the tradition of excellence they garnered from years of experience working with Doug and Pat and serving this community.
