A lot of good memories were made fishing with Rog and Sue down at Lake Sugema. The guys would clean the fish while Sue and I prepared the rest of
the supper. It was always a "good feed"! The next day we would do it all over
again. Jeff, we want you to know your Mom and Dan were great people and
we will always remember them. You have our sincere sympathy.

Jeff and family,
Very sorry to hear of Sues passing. Knew Sue and Roger for many years. Attended a few parties at the Weller residence over the years. Deer wakes and birthday parties. Lot of good memories.

One of the most memorable was back in the early 8Os on a cold early spring day. Bowman banquet was in the Weller's basement that year. Early in the morning Roger got the idea, (some of us tried talking Roger out of it....”not”) he would take a stuffed skunk up and scare Sue (in bed up stairs). Not sure, (not saying!!) but I think Roger had drank a beer, maybe two.

Roger took the stuffed skunk upstairs and he succeeded in scaring Sue. We could hear her yell jump, and out of bed from the basement. Needless to say the Bowman banquet was never held again at the Weller residence.

Just trying to remember the good times is key in times of sorrow. That is how we will remember Sue; “the good times”. You have my deepest sympathy.

Dear Kathy & families,
Sad to hear of Sue's passing. I have many fond memories of times spent with Sue & my sister, Therese. They were so kind to take me tagging along with them. Lots of laughs always. Blessings to all. RIP dear Sue.

We knew you were getting weaker and God would come to get you. We never expect it to have been so soon. Our families have many memories with the guys and kids, Hunting, fishing ,camping, bon fires smoking sausage, and just listening to the guys tell stories that we never knew if they were true or not. Jeff, you are in our thoughts and prayers. We are here if you want to talk. Rick & Dianne

I haven't seen Suzanne years. We went to school together and after graduating we went our separate ways. I have not lived in Iowa in 50 years but you never forget the high school years. I am sorry for the difficulties Sue has endured through out the last year . May she rest in peace. Jan

My sympathy to Sue's family at this time of loss. I have fun memories of sleep overs at the Kane home, and riding up and down main street Dewitt with Sue and Kathy in the green Comet. What a wonderful older sister you have Kathy. May she rest in peace . I hope the memories of the good times you shared help you through this sad time. My prayers are with the family.
