Raymond Marvin Mickelson

Raymond Marvin Mickelson, Jr., 41, of DeWitt, Iowa, died unexpectedly Tuesday, September 27, 2016, in his home.

A Memorial Gathering will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 1, 2016, at Schultz Funeral Home, DeWitt.

Ray was born October 11, 1974, to Raymond, Sr. and Myra (Wilson) Mickelson in Davenport. He was a collector of many things and enjoyed antiquing and fishing. His greatest love was for his two children.

He is survived by his long-time girlfriend, Hailey Kitchen, and their two children, Sophia and John Mickelson all of DeWitt; his parents; siblings, Nathan (Becky) Mickelson of DeWitt, Andrea (Matt) Cavey and Molly (Anthony) Welch both of Wheatland; other relatives and friends.
