James Edward Jebson

James Edward Jebson, 57, of DeWitt, Iowa, died Saturday evening, May 14, 2016, at Select Specialty Hospital, Davenport.

He was born December 23, 1958, in DeWitt to John and Dena (Marchik) Jebson.  

Surviving are a daughter, Amy Jebson Stevens of DeWitt and her children, Mitchell, McKenna and Maverick; his mom, Dena  of DeWitt; siblings, Theresa Batey of Ft. Madison, Kathy Sanderson of Delmar, John Jebson and Lydia (Bill) Kruse of DeWitt, Steve Jebson of Warner Robins, Georgia and Janet Carr of DeWitt; nieces and nephews.

Preceding Jim in death were his father, John and a brother, Joe.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Schultz Funeral Home, DeWitt from 12 Noon until 1:45 p.m. Tuesday, May 17th.  A service will be held at 2::00 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.  Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery, DeWitt.

Pallbearers will be John Jebson, Steve Jebson, Bryan Batey, Logan Sanderson, Billy Kruse and Jarred Carr. 

On angels wings you were taken and in my heart you will always stay.  In God's light you will rest, until we meet again someday.
