Darlene Mae Miller

Darlene Mae Miller, 66, of DeWitt, Iowa, died Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at home.

She was born Darlene Mae Ferguson on September 13, 1950, in Aledo, Illinois, to Vearl and Lois (Ziesmer) Ferguson. She married Billy J. Miller in 1978. Darlene is survived by her children, Jeff (Mary Alice) Kane of Flanagan, Illinois, Michelle (Todd) Connor of DeWitt, and David (Mindy) Kane of Eldridge; step-children, Lisa Gail Miller of Kentucky, Billy Miller Jr. of Kentucky, and Kari Buckwalter of Wisconsin; a goddaughter, Jayna Serrano; grandchildren, Emily, Elise, Ethan, and Elena Kane, Jacob, Katie, and Josh Connor, and Joshua Kane; twin sister, Marlene Comins and siblings, Shirley Coppes, Matt Ferguson, Larrell Ferguson, Catherine Gwyn, Gary Davis; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded by her parents, two step-brothers, Bob and Dick Davis, and her step-father, Roy Davis.

Visitation will be from 9:00 until 10:45 a.m. Friday, June 23, 2017, at Schultz Funeral Home, DeWitt, with a service following at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial be at Memorial Park, Davenport.
